Draws a 3-D bar chart with horizontal bars.

Syntax
bar3h(Z)Draws one horizontal 3-D bar per element of Z.
bar3h(Y, Z)Places the rows of Z at the positions in Y.
h = bar3h(___)Also returns the graphics objects.
Description
bar3h is to bar3 what barh is to bar: the bars extend horizontally from the baseline. Each element of the matrix is one box on the row/column grid.
Input arguments
Z- Matrix of bar lengths.
Y- Positions along the row axis.
Output arguments
h- Graphics objects for the bars.
