`printopt`

Returns the default printer command and options (deprecated).

Syntax

[pcmd, dev] = printopt

Returns the system print command pcmd and the default device dev.

Description

printopt once let users edit a file of printer defaults. It is deprecated and prints a warning each time it runs; printer defaults now come from the operating system. Use print or exportgraphics to produce output.

Output arguments

pcmd: Text of the operating system command used to send output to the printer.
dev: Name of the default print device.

Read the print command

pcmd = printopt;
disp(class(pcmd))
