`RandStream.list`

Lists the random number generator algorithms available.

Syntax

RandStream.list

Prints the names and descriptions of the available generators.

Description

Use it to find which values are valid for the type argument of RandStream and RandStream.create. It prints one line per generator with a short description.

Notes

MATLAB lists several generators (such as threefry and philox4x32_10); MatLivre lists only mt19937ar.
