`Tiff.getVersion`

Returns the version text of the TIFF library in use.

Syntax

v = Tiff.getVersion()

Returns the library version and copyright notice.

Description

This is a static method of the Tiff class. It is useful when reporting a problem with a file, since decoding behavior can depend on the version of the underlying library.

Output arguments

v: Character vector with the library name and version number.
