`dilog`

Dilogarithm function.

Syntax

Y = dilog(X)

Evaluates dilog(x) = integral from 1 to x of log(t)/(1 - t) dt.

Description

MATLAB's dilog is the Spence function: dilog(x) equals the usual dilogarithm Li2(1 - x). So dilog(1) = 0 and dilog(0) = pi^2/6. This shift in the argument is a frequent source of mistakes when comparing with other software.

Input arguments

X: Numeric or symbolic array.

Output arguments

Y: Array of the same size.
